FAQs
Stablecoin orchestration enables customers to manage the full lifecycle of stablecoin payments including pay-ins, conversions & payouts through a unified API. It replaces the pattern of stitching together separate fiat, on-chain infrastructure (including wallets and RPC), and liquidity solutions.
Modern Treasury replaces the two-vendor pattern that most platforms run today: a payment processor for ACH collection (such as Move, Stripe, or a bank API) alongside a separate on-ramp and stablecoin liquidity provider (such as Bridge, Brale, Coinbase, or Circle). Both legs now run through a single integration with one reconciliation ledger.
ACH collection, stablecoin conversion, and crypto disbursement are all payment orders on the same API. The type field specifies the rail — ACH debit for collection, book transfer for USD-to-USDC conversion, and crypto for wallet disbursement. All three legs appear in the same ledger with no cross-system reconciliation required.
Modern Treasury supports USDG, USDP, PYUSD, and USDC disbursement across multiple networks including Arbitrum One, Ethereum, Polygon PoS, Solana, Stellar and Base. The network is specified per payment order — platforms can route to different chains without reconfiguring accounts or wallets.
Modern Treasury runs wallet screening automatically on every crypto disbursement. Onboarding (KYC/B, Identity Verification & Watchlist screening) is handled using the same API as fiat flows. Additionally, Modern Treasury performs Transaction Monitoring including AML, watchlist screening, fraud & counterparty screening. Reporting is available broken down by currency type to support IRS property treatment requirements for USDC.
