March was a seminal month for us at Modern Treasury. We announced the second close of our Series C and welcomed Salesforce Ventures and SVB Capital to our Modern Treasury family.

While we see it as a marker of how far we’ve come, we also spent the month looking to where we are going. Our growing product and engineering teams wrapped up their company offsites where we all imagined what’s next on the product and feature front and made more of it happen.

Here is what shipped from our product and engineering teams this month.

Payments

Support for Customers at Wintrust Bank

We added support for wire transactions at Wintrust Bank. Our first client with Wintrust is MG Stover, a fund administrator for asset managers.

Customize Table Columns

Now you can easily customize which columns you see in your table views. We are rolling this out to all tables in the coming weeks, and you can try it now on payment orders. Customizing the columns you view exposes the data you need to optimize your workflows.

You can share these customized views (including applied filters) with other users by sharing the URL. Sharing URLs ensures you and others are viewing the same data.

Bulk Import Views

Bulk Imports allow you to upload data in a structured CSV file to initiate payments in bulk. We now have views dedicated to these imports so you can retrieve the history of your imports. You can also navigate to the Bulk Import from an imported Payment Order, Counterparty, or Expected Payment.

Webhook Endpoint API Routes

You can now create and configure Webhook Endpoints using the Webhook Endpoints API.

Webhook Endpoints are configurable URL destinations to receive Events from Modern Treasury. Events enable your product to programmatically respond to actions and status changes. With programmatic creation it’s easy to connect your product and automate testing.

Additional New Features

Announcing Push to Warehouse

We’re rolling out early access to a service that replicates your Modern Treasury data directly to your data warehouse (Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks). You can leverage your payments and ledger data to power your reporting and analytics, without dedicating engineering resources to obtain bulk data through our API.

A Smoother Start on our Sandbox

We’ve added a module in the sandbox to help you get started easily. Now, new users can find guides and documentation related to what they might be interested in doing.
